Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, track, and maintain lease agreements, tenancy records, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Liaise and coordinate with tenants, lawyers, government bodies, and relevant stakeholders on lease-related matters such as stamping, approvals, and regulatory submissions.
- Maintain and update leasing and marketing databases, ensuring all records, key dates, and financial details are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare and generate regular leasing, occupancy, and financial reports for management review.
- Monitor lease expirations, renewals, rental revisions, and termination notices, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation.
- Track and follow up on rental payments, security deposits, insurance coverage, and Gross Turnover billing to ensure prompt collection.
- Assist in tenant onboarding, including preparation of welcome packs, handover/fit-out documentation, and system updates.
- Support leasing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in leasing administration, property management, or real estate support (retail or commercial property experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of lease documentation, tenancy agreements, and property-related regulatory requirements.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle confidential information professionally.
