  • Expected salary: $2,000 - $5,000 per month

1. Sales & Customer Support

  • Greet and assist customers with inquiries related to motorcycle gear, apparel, and parts.

  • Process sales transactions via POS system (cash, credit, mobile payments).

  • Handle product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims efficiently.

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Support upselling or promotional activities (e.g., combo offers for helmets and jackets).

2. Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate stock levels for apparel, gear, and motorcycle parts.

  • Monitor stock-in and stock-out, including logging deliveries and shipments.

  • Assist with stocktaking, cycle counts, and inventory audits.

  • Flag low-stock or overstock situations and report to purchasing.

  • Organize and label shelves/storage areas for easy retrieval.

3. Administrative Duties

  • Maintain and file sales records, receipts, supplier invoices, and reports.

  • Support the store manager in preparing daily/weekly sales summaries.

  • Update databases (inventory software, CRM systems) with new stock or customer information.

  • Help process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers or logistics partners.

  • Schedule maintenance or service for store equipment (e.g., POS, air conditioning).

4. Visual Merchandising & Store Appearance

  • Ensure that displays of motorcycle apparel (jackets, gloves, boots) are neat and appealing.

  • Keep gear and accessories clean, dust-free, and properly tagged.

  • Support setup of new product displays, seasonal promotions, or sales events.

  • Monitor showroom for safety and cleanliness (especially if helmets or parts are stacked).

5. Product Knowledge & Technical Support

  • Stay updated on the features/specs of motorcycle gear and parts (helmets, brake pads, lubricants, etc.).

  • Explain product compatibility (e.g., whether a part fits a specific motorcycle model).

  • Support service staff or mechanics by locating parts needed from storage.

6. Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between front-of-house (sales floor) and back-office operations.

  • Communicate with suppliers, delivery partners, and warehouse personnel.

  • Coordinate with online sales/digital teams if the shop has e-commerce operations.

  • Relay customer feedback to management.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

  • Basic understanding of motorcycle parts and gear (or willingness to learn)

  • POS and inventory software proficiency (e.g., Vend, Shopify POS, Zoho)
