Roles and Responsibilities

Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting

Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, including revenue, expenses, and budget variances. Identify trends, opportunities, and risks to support informed decision-making.

Collaborate with business leaders to develop annual budgets and forecasts.

Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management and stakeholders.

Analyze cost structures and recommend strategies for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions, scenario planning, and strategic initiatives.

Stay updated on financial trends and industry developments to provide relevant business insights.

Ensure accurate and organized maintenance of financial databases for reporting and analysis.

Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to support financial objectives.

Business Partnering

10.  Partner with project managers to develop, track, and report on project budgets and forecasts.

11.  Prepare financial dashboards and reports for projects, ensuring accuracy and relevance for decision-making.

12.  Conduct post-project financial analysis to identify key success factors and lessons learned.

Consolidation and Reporting

13.  Consolidate financial data across multiple entities within the Group.

14.  Deliver accurate, timely consolidated reports highlighting performance indicators, variances, and trends.

Commercial Finance (Pricing)

15.  Perform financial analysis of commercial activities, including pricing, sales performance, and profitability.

16.  Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to assess the financial impact of new products, promotions, and initiatives.

17.  Support management with ad hoc financial analysis and requests.

Job Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, and financial consolidation.

Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and analytical techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly.

Proven ability to collaborate across functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

High integrity, strong sense of accountability, and commitment to confidentiality in handling financial data.

Audit experience is an advantage

Qualifications Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance and/or Accounting.

CPA/CA is an advantage.

Technical Competencies

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.

Proficient in PowerPoint, financial modelling, data analysis, and consolidation tools/software.
