Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of SAS solutions in government environments
  • Drive timely delivery of projects with strict adherence to compliance and security standards
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
  • Manage project scope, planning, resource allocation, risks, and reporting
  • Align project execution with public sector frameworks and audit requirements
  • Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders and client representatives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant project management experience
  • Proven experience in managing SAS Fraud, AML, Risk, or SAS Visual Investigator solutions
  • Alternatively, experience in implementing intelligence, case management, or fraud detection systems
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, project planning, and communication skills
  • Must be a Singapore Citizen, or a Singapore Permanent Resident
  • Prior experience working on Singapore government projects
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in analytics, enterprise IT, or regulatory technology
  • Familiarity with Singapore government procurement processes and security protocols
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional and multicultural environments
