Job Description:

■Responsibilities:

•Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.

•Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

•Process clothing buy-back transactions and ensure quality control.

•Support store management with inventory control and stock organization.

■Other Note:
Senior Store Associate will also take on additional responsibilities, including training new staff on site and supporting store operations in the future.

Job Requirements:


•Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with leadership experience in a small team preferred.

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff in the future.

•Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

•Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.

•Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

•Passion for fashion and sustainable retail practices is a must.

•Chinese-speaking is plus to liaise with external vendors and customers.
