Retail Store Associate Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring products are adequately stocked and displayed.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations on products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by dusting, vacuuming, and restocking shelves as needed.
  • Ensure products are adequately stocked and displayed by performing inventory management tasks and rotating stock.
  • Support sales objectives by working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • N level qualification or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in the sporting goods industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for the retail industry.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
