CJ SE Asia Pte Ltd is responsible for Food and Food Services and Business Development in Singapore. we import and wholesale Korean Pre-packed food in Singapore, and It also has a 'Bibigo Kitchen' (Delivery to only Korean Restaurants).

Currently, CJ Group is expanding its footprints worldwide to create a global lifestyle where people can enjoy CJ content, products, and services in their everyday lives. CJ SE Asia Pte Ltd is a significant post for expanding business in South East Asia.

DESIGNATION : [CJ SE Asia] Trade Marketing & NPD Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute trade marketing activities to support sales objectives, including in-store promotions, sampling, roadshows, and product launches across various channels.

  • Coordinate New Product Development (NPD) project timelines and launches, ensuring smooth communication with CJ headquarters and regional stakeholders for approvals, product readiness, and on-time delivery.

  • Track and report NPD project progress, ensuring launch milestones are met and updates are clearly communicated across internal teams.

  • Liaise with external vendors, creative agencies, and activation partners for promotional events, sampling, and campaign execution.

  • Work closely with modern trade, general trade, and food service channels to ensure strong product visibility and brand consistency.

  • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners, securing shelf space, activation opportunities, and promotional visibility.

  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including in-store displays, POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials), and digital collaterals that reflect CJ Foods' brand identity.

  • Monitor competitors' trade marketing activities and category trends to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas.

  • Conduct post-campaign evaluations and ROI analysis, providing actionable insights for future campaigns.

  • Assist in promotion budgeting and sample inventory planning for trade marketing and product launch programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or FMCG (experience in food & beverage preferred).
  • Strong product knowledge and passion for Korean food culture.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); data analysis experience is an advantage.

OTHER INFORMATION

Annual Leave: 14 days, add 1 day every 2 years capped at 22 days
