As a Trade Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and product sales. You will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to execute marketing campaigns Above the line and Below the line, aimed at maximizing brand visibility and increasing market share.

Reports to: Marketing Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Trade Marketing Plans**:Create comprehensive trade marketing plans aligned with overall marketing and sales objectives, focusing on promoting products through various channel
- **Channel Strategy Development**:Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Develop strategies to penetrate new channels and optimize sales performance.
- **Collaborate with Sales Teams**:Work closely with the sales team to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and channel requirements. Provide support and guidance to ensure effective execution of trade marketing initiatives.
- **Promotional Campaigns**:Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including trade shows, exhibitions and product demonstrations, to showcase products and drive sales.
- **Merchandising and POS Materials**:Develop and distribute merchandising materials, point-of-sale (POS) displays, and promotional materials to enhance product visibility and stimulate consumer Interest.
- **Training and Education**:Conduct training lessons for sales teams and channel partners to ensure a thorough understanding of product features, benefits and selling techniques.
- **Market Research**:Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences.
- **Budget Management**:Manage trade marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.
- **Performance Analysis**:Monitor and analyse the performance of trade marketing campaigns and promotions, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
- **Relationship Management**:Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and marketing agencies, to foster collaboration and drive business growth.

**Qualifications and Experiences**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in trade marketing, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing analytics tools.
- Minimum 3 years of Marketing experience.
