We are a global leading manufacturer and provider of Analytical, Medical, Scientific, Testing/Inspection Equipment and Measuring Instruments, supporting industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, environmental and research institutions. Our regional headquarter in Singapore is inviting application for the following position:

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly experienced person to lead the human resources department. This role will be responsible for driving HR strategies, talent management, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with global HR initiatives. The ideal candidate is a dynamic HR leader with a strong background in employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning within a technical or scientific industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR related operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, and learning & development
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore's employment laws and regulations while aligning with global HR policies
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the HR team to enhance their capabilities and effectiveness
  • Plan and develop long-term and short-term goals and objectives of the HR Department to meet business growth objectives
  • Develop and review HR policies to keep abreast with market and industry practices and business requirements
  • Ensure strong cross functional collaboration with other business units and partners
  • Partner with senior leadership to build a high-performance culture and support business goals through effective people strategies
  • Lead workforce planning and talent retention strategies to support business sustainability
  • Manage and enhance employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment
  • Leverage HR analytics to measure the impact of HR programs and drive data-informed decision-making
  • Oversee HR systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR administration, with at least 8 years in a managerial role
  • Regional experience in HR management will be an advantage
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with business objectives
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in using HR metrics for strategic decision-making
