Job Overview:
With the expansion of a Japanese real estate company into Singapore, we are seeking a General Manager/Director to lead operations in the local market. This position is responsible for driving the sales and marketing strategy of Japanese investment properties in Singapore and leading the business growth.
A KEO (Key Executive Officer) license is a mandatory requirement for this role. The ideal candidate will be capable of demonstrating strong leadership and, in the long run, overseeing the expansion of the organization in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
・Promote the sales of Japanese investment real estate in the Singapore market.
・Develop and execute local marketing and sales strategies.
・Build and manage relationships with real estate investors and clients.
・Oversee and manage real estate transactions and operations in Singapore.
・Coordinate with and report to the headquarters in Japan.
・Organize and manage the team, with future organizational expansion in mind.
Qualification and Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
・KEO license holder (must meet the qualification requirements in Singapore's real estate industry).
・Minimum 8 years of experience in the real estate industry.
・Strong knowledge and experience in investment real estate sales and marketing.
・Excellent Communication Skills
・Leadership and management experience, including team expansion and development.
Preferred Qualifications
・Working experience in Singapore's real estate industry.
・Experience in sales and negotiation with high-net-worth investors.
・Experience in business startups or new market development.
・Conversational-level Japanese proficiency since this role involves frequent communication with HQ in Japan
