Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

- Support event logistics including setup, AV equipment, and furniture arrangements.
- Conduct routine checks and perform simple maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs) when contractors are unavailable.
- Liaise with vendors for quotations, repairs, and replacements.
- Handle manual tasks, general maintenance, and administrative support as required.
- Manage and track office assets, keys, stationery, pantry, and sundry supplies.
- Maintain and update office inventory records in a timely manner.
- Prepare fire warden packages and coordinate fire warden briefings and updates.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.

General Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in related field
  • Prior experience in facility management is an advantage
  • Able to commit to the whole contract period
