ALG is currently recruiting Engine Technicians for a world-leading aerospace OEM and MRO company. This position is a 24 months contract role with high chances for conversion.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute operation procedures within the cell based on Overhaul Maintenance Manual
  • Utilise machines/equipment/tools to carry out disassembly and assembly functions of engines, their associated modules, parts, components or accessories.
  • Solve technical issues and problems as appropriate when encountered in their daily work.
  • Actively support and participate in EHS and Continuous Improvement and Ethics culture projects and any other corporate initiatives.
  • Assist the Operations Leaders in their daily operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline.
  • Carry out SAP transaction and make necessary changes to work order in SAP.
  • Carry out proper documentation.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any other related discipline. Diploma will be advantageous
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in disassembly, assembly or test in relevant aviation industry
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management
  • Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and SAP
  • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess high level of integrity and accountability with a strong drive towards Quality
  • Able to work on weekly rotating shifts
  • Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position
