Accounting Duties:
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Ensure timely closing of accounts and submission of management reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS regulations.
- Manage GST submissions and corporate tax filings.
HR Duties:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
- Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions (CPF, IR8A, IR21 etc.).
- Manage employee leave, attendance, and claims administration.
- Assist in the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment laws.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in both accounting and HR roles.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero) and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Singapore tax, CPF, and labour laws.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
