Remote, Singapore Swing Architects Full time $21,600 - $32,400 per year

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and proactive Remote Creative Assistant to support design, social media, and project-related tasks across our architectural studio and a community project that we are working on.

You will work directly with the founder on visual content creation, brand storytelling, and digital organisation. This role is perfect for someone who loves aesthetics, design, and meaningful, purpose-driven work.

Key Responsibilities

Graphics & Design

  • Edit and enhance photos (retouching, colour correction, layout)
  • Create visual assets: posters, marketing materials, templates, IG stories, reels
  • Assist in preparing presentations and project decks
  • Maintain brand aesthetic across all visual content

Social Media & Copywriting

  • Design and schedule posts for Instagram / social platforms
  • Write clean, modern, thoughtful captions
  • Create content calendars and simple campaign ideas
  • Monitor engagement and suggest improvements
  • Help revive / maintain social presence

Community Project Support

  • Assist with research
  • Organise notes, findings, photos, and content
  • Help create visual storytelling materials for the project
  • Support small administrative tasks related to planning and partnerships

General Creative Assistance

  • Simple video editing (bonus, not required)
  • Helping develop digital assets and small brand concepts
  • Managing files, content libraries, and folders
  • Communicating updates regularly

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Photoshop (and/or Illustrator, Lightroom, Canva)
  • Strong sense of design, layout, minimal aesthetics
  • Good written English (able to write concise, clean captions)
  • Able to follow creative direction and work independently
  • Reliable, organised, meets deadlines without being micromanaged
  • Comfortable handling multiple creative tasks
  • Bonus: Familiarity with architecture, interior design, or travel-related content

Nice-to-Have (Not compulsory)

  • Social media management experience
  • Familiarity with TikTok / Reels trends
  • Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience with branding
  • Interest in sustainability, eco-tourism, or Southeast Asian culture
