ROCK Networks, a global content distributor specialising in linear Pay-TV channels, VOD, and various programming genres, is seeking a Creative Designer to join our team. More Than a Job—Join Our Creative Family We are looking for a talented and versatile Creative Designer to bring bold ideas to life across multiple media platforms. You will play a key role in shaping compelling visuals and content that elevate our brand and engage audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Conceptualisation & Design: Develop innovative creative content for digital and print collaterals, including digital ads, social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns (EDM), PowerPoint presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Video & Motion Support: Assist in video editing, motion graphics for short-form videos, animation clips, and GIF creation.
  • Idea Development: Conceptualise and craft creative solutions that align with business objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Trend Monitoring & Research: Stay ahead of design, social media, and digital trends; develop compelling storyboards, creative treatments, and visuals that resonate with our target audiences.
  • Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with the marketing and creative team to brainstorm, refine, and deliver high-impact campaigns that drive engagement and business performance.
  • Website management: Maintain and update website content across Webflow, Squarespace, and a proprietary operator platform. Responsibilities include uploading marketing materials, refreshing campaign assets, ensuring timely publication of updates, and optimizing user experience.
  • Supporting Internal & External stakeholders Request: Support ad-hoc marketing and creative tasks, facilitating timely responses to stakeholder requests, and contributing to campaign/event execution, content development, and brand communications.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Art, Design, Multimedia, or a related creative field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, visual content creation, and print.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and animation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
  • Proficiency in Webflow and Squarespace will be advantageous.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about refining and elevating creative ideas.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Comfortable performing under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
