Contract: 1 Year (Renewable & Convertible to Permanent)

What You'll Do
  • Develop and carry out detailed inspection plans for aerospace parts and assemblies.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define inspection methods and acceptance criteria.
  • Operate and program inspection equipment (CMM, gauges, optical tools).
  • Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI), in-process, and final inspections, ensuring full traceability.
  • Ensure compliance with international aerospace standards (AS9100, AS9102, AS13100, NADCAP, FAA).
  • Prepare accurate reports and maintain proper documentation for audits and certifications.
  • Support audits, problem-solving (8D, FMEA, root cause analysis), and process improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest inspection tools and best practices in aerospace manufacturing.
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering field.
  • 1–2 years' experience in aerospace inspection or quality control (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
  • Solid understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.
  • Proficient with inspection tools (CMM, calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Familiar with aerospace quality management systems (AS9100, AS9102, AS13100).
  • Knowledge of CAD software or NDT is a plus.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in rotating shifts.
