Associate, Claim Recovery Specialist (6/12 Months Contract)

Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm

Job Descriptions:

  • You are expected to achieve targets set which involves calling of policyholders on a daily basis
    to initiate recovery;

  • Engage and communicate with our policyholders to gather information and assist them in claim
    submission to third party;

  • Use sound communication skills to successfully persuade and convince policyholders to
    proceed with the claims recovery process;

  • Demonstrate and ensure standard operating procedures are met when handling outbound and
    inbound calls with policyholders and financial consultants;

  • Ensuring proper tracking and documentation of call activities and outcomes;

Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec holder, insurance qualifications or equivalent experience preferably 1
    year of insurance claims recovery and/or claim operations experience;

  • Prior experience in customer service will be an added advantage;

  • Good verbal and written communication skills;

  • Team player as well as capable of individual performance;

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;

  • Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation abilities required;

  • Singaporeans only
