Job Responsibilities:
  • Measure, cut, and prepare various raw ingredients (e.g., vegetables) according to recipes and production schedules.
  • Assist in cooking and preparing sandwich fillings according to standardized recipes.
  • Cooking of ingredients ensuring proper food safety temperatures and cooking processes.
  • Assemble sandwiches accurately and efficiently, following standardized recipes, portion control guidelines, and presentation standards.
  • Package finished sandwiches and food items according to packaging specifications, ensuring proper sealing and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
  • Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, and work surfaces before, during, and after use.
  • Follow proper waste disposal procedures.
  • Assist with receiving and storing ingredients, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO - First In, First Out).
  • Collaborate effectively with other production team members to achieve daily production targets.
Job Requirements:
  • SINGAPOREANS ONLY
  • Previous experience in food production, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights (up to 20kg), and perform tasks requiring bending and reaching.
  • Able to work early morning shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
