About the Company:
Our client is a global medical technology leader known for pioneering innovations in patient monitoring, cardiology, neurology, and healthcare informatics. Role & Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and oversee the design, testing, and deployment of advanced healthcare ICT solutions and technologies.
- Take full ownership of IT projects, including scoping, presenting solutions, and leading implementation efforts.
- Collaborate directly with client-side IT departments and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of enterprise ICT offerings within diverse IT environments, including network diagrams, system specifications, and information security considerations.
- Deliver robust post-implementation support and troubleshooting for users.
- Partner with commercial and sales teams during proposals, tenders, and RFP processes for IT-oriented projects.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive customer project success, establishing clear schedules, objectives, budgets, and providing hands-on implementation for healthcare ICT deployments.
- Liaise directly with overseas solution centers for critical enterprise ICT initiatives.
- Conduct product training for channel partners covering a broad portfolio, including solutions relevant to patient monitoring, cardiology, and neurology workflows.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, healthcare informatics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare informatics.
- At least 3 years of prior experience with EMR integration and medical device connectivity projects.
- Skilled in HL7, DICOM, XML, and EMR mapping and integration.
- Knowledgeable in clinical operations, hardware/software configuration for servers, virtual machines, networks, and cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with database management, system backup/recovery, and IT security controls is an advantage.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities; able to work independently and resolve issues proactively.
