Service Centre Technician

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for desktops and laptops
• Handle PC assembly, maintenance, and component testing
• Support service centre operations, including equipment setup and troubleshooting
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in job tracking systems
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required in a dynamic work environment

Requirements:

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically able to lift and handle heavy equipment when required
• Willing to work rotational Saturdays
• Prior experience or technical knowledge in computer servicing will be an added advantage
• Training will be provided – entry-level applicants are welcome to apply
