We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Regional Service Engineer to join our team, focusing on material handling equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechatronics engineering and extensive hands-on experience with container handling cranes or similar heavy engineering equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for material handling equipment, including container handling cranes.
  • Debug PLC programs and diagnose issues related to electrical, hydraulic controls, and feedback systems.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for equipment-related challenges.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on best practices and technical procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and provide reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with container handling cranes or similar heavy engineering equipment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in debugging PLC programs, diagnostics, and electrical/hydraulic controls.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
