Sales Executive

What you'll be doing?
- Manage accounts: Oversee existing accounts and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Plan customer visits: Schedule and conduct customer visits and meetings, providing technical support as needed.
- Expand market reach: Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows to increase market presence.
- Develop sales strategies: Create and execute sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Conduct market research: Analyze market trends and opportunities to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain reports: Keep detailed sales progress reports and meet revenue targets set by management.
- Ensure order fulfillment: Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1-3 years of B2B sales experience in Mechanical Process, Oil & Gas, or Marine Offshore industry.
- Skills: Resourceful, customer-focused, and results-driven. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Motivation: Self-motivated and sales-driven.
- License: Class 3/3A - own vehicle will be an added advantage.
- Travel flexibility: Willingness to travel overseas for business purposes as required.
