Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced T24 Environment Manager / Specialist with a strong background in managing end-to-end environments across development to UAT stages for Temenos and non-Temenos applications. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in environment setup, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring within a banking technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee multiple environments (Development, SIT, UAT) for Temenos and non-Temenos applications.
  • Coordinate environment setup, configuration, deployment, and maintenance activities.
  • Deploy Java-based applications on containerized platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.
  • Manage build and release workflows using CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Octopus.
  • Monitor application performance using tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Administer and maintain databases — Oracle and MS SQL — ensuring stability and performance.
  • Automate workflows and job scheduling using Broadcom AWA.
  • Collaborate with project, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth release management.
  • Support Temenos T24 COB job setup, monitoring, and issue resolution (mandatory for senior roles).
  • Work in Agile environments and utilize tools like JIRA for sprint and release tracking.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience as an Environment Manager or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in managing environments for Temenos Transact (T24) and integrated systems.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Octopus) and container platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
  • Good understanding of monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Proficiency in Oracle and MS SQL databases.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as Broadcom AWA.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and project tracking using JIRA.
  • Knowledge of T24 COB processes is mandatory for senior or lead-level positions.
