Summary:

We are looking for a skilled T24 Technical Lead with strong expertise in the Payments (TPH) module and hands-on experience in T24/TAFJ R23 or higher. The role involves leading development initiatives, ensuring robust architecture, and delivering scalable T24 solutions within a private banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, development, and implementation of T24 custom and integration solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to T24 coding standards and best practices across the development team.
  • Work with Design Studio, GitLab, JBOSS, SQL Developer, JIRA, and job schedulers (AWA).
  • Utilize monitoring tools like Tivoli, Dynatrace, and Splunk for performance and stability.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in Payments, Finance, and Operations.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues to maintain system reliability.
  • Review architecture, ensure compliance with security and non-functional requirements.
  • Guide developers, manage sprint deliveries, and support agile practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of T24 experience, including 3+ years in a technical lead capacity.
  • Proficiency in T24 Payments (TPH) and Private Banking modules.
  • Strong understanding of TAFJ R23+, COB, Services Framework, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with Oracle DB, SQL tuning, and Linux scripting.
  • Familiarity with SAFE Agile methodology and continuous delivery environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
