Job description:
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for overseeing and executing baggage handling operations across the Control Centre, Departure, Deployment, or Arrival team. Key duties include:
Monitoring and disseminating real-time flight and baggage information.
Allocating duties and deploying baggage staff and motorized equipment.
Supervising baggage operations at Departure and Arrival racetracks, including timely loading/unloading.
Ensuring proper container/trolley setup, baggage documentation, and compliance with security requirements.
Handling interline and transfer baggage, including coordination for tight connection flights.
Investigating and reporting baggage mishandling or irregularities.
Liaising with Load Control, ground handlers, and internal teams for operational updates.
Key Requirement
Diploma in any discipline
Physically fit
Comfortable with shift work
