Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Allocate work schedule to the Operations Assistants, Drivers and Cleaning Teams;
Check aircraft movement, circular / notices from the incoming telexes issued by the airlines;
Provide information and assist the Duty Manager when there is any flight delay;
Ensure that OT hours for staff are raised accurately when they are entitled to;
Ensure proper handover of flight deployment status and key things to note (e.g. cleaning not done, VVIP handling etc.) to the next shift;
Perform any other related duty for which the staff is qualified and detailed to do so by his/her superior.
Key Requirement
- Diploma in any discipline
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
