Key Responsibilities
  • Help with New Production Introduction tasks: develop manufacturing processes, design tools, create schedules, control costs, support sourcing, qualify quality, support tests, reduce product costs, and introduce products into the supply chain.
  • Lead technical aspects of manufacturing processes for cables, harnesses, mechanical assemblies, inspections, and testing, including designing tools and fixtures.
  • Utilise knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment production and testing methods.
  • Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines to successfully complete and make projects profitable.
  • Collect data and create manufacturing solutions and documents to support OMS, SOE, MI, drawings, and specifications.
  • Perform assembly tasks and guide technicians/operators as needed.
