HVAC Project Engineer

Job description:

  • Knowledge of commercial air-conditioning
  • Planning , co-ordination , prepare risk assessment and method of statement
  • Responsible for coordinating interaction between the sales team and other departments to ensure that issues affecting the implementation projects are effectively resolved
  • Follow projects progress and  coordinating between sales, technical department and customers
  • Handle overall planning and implementation of project management to ensure timely delivery
  • Preparation and submission of drawings or documents
  • Monitor site progress and arrangement of work activities
  • Attend co-ordination meeting
  • Prepare progress report, project claims and relevant documents for monthly event
  • Liaise with contractors and supplier
  • Assist in supervision of project sites
  • Liaise with customer in regards to all site matters and attend meetings if required
  • Responsible for monitoring daily progress and process at the project site
  • Ensure all safety and quality assurance procedures/ standards are followed
  • Co-ordinate submission of documents to clients and relevant parties
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Prefer with electrical knowledge background

Job Requirements

  • Keen and Willing to learn attitude are welcome
  • Knowledge of basic written and spoken English
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with people of all levels
  • Able to work in fast paced and challenging environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Must be a team player
  • Good communication skill and able to liaise with M&E coordinator and contractors
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Salary will commensurate with experience
