Our Client

Our client is a well-known leader in the FMCG industry. They are currently looking for a Legal Counsel to be based in Singapore.

The Role

  • Providing legal services and supporting the business
  • Prepare, draft and review a broad range of legal documents, correspondence, contracts, M&A related agreements and supporting documents, and corporate governance resolutions, and ensure compliance with relevant Singapore laws and regulations.
  • Assist to manage and resolve disputes and related litigations.

To Qualify

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) and 7 or more years of experience in related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
