Job description:

  • Supervise daily F&B production to ensure it meets the requirements of all outlets.
  • Organize staff rosters and address any manpower-related concerns.
  • Mentor and support the growth and skill development of central kitchen team members.
  • Support the Area Manager in overseeing the efficient daily operations of the central kitchen.
  • Manage and coordinate order fulfillment across various outlets with accuracy and timeliness.
