Position Summary:

Work as a member of the Technical Service Team, responsible in project delivery, installation and implementation, test and commissioning and ad-hoc technical support for our clienteles in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Participating as a team member in project delivery which includes onsite survey/meeting, hardware configuration & installation, test & commissioning and after-sales technical support
  2. Provide ad-hoc onsite technical support as well as troubleshooting with issues related to IoTs devices, Internet connectivity and smart phone and tablet devices
  3. Working along and supervising external contractors during project installations and upgrades
  4. Pre-test and preparation of IoTs devices prior to delivery and to ensure that all technical and hardware documentation are updated on a timely basis
  5. Respond to support tickets and working with internal team to ensure a timely closure of technical support request, adhering to service level agreements as required
  6. Continuous improvement and training to stay current with hardware advancements

Skills Requirements

Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Diploma OR Professional training in related discipline.

Familiar with Android/iOS fundamentals.

Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

months of relevant work experience in a PC/laptop hardware, networking, system or service delivery environment.

Fresh applicants may apply for the trainee position.

Attention to detail, with good customer service attitude is essential.

Class 3 driving license (company vehicle) /OR have own transportation.

Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.

Knowledge in networking fundamentals and Microsoft Certification is an added advantage.
