Engineering Assistant

Job Description
- Maintenance, set-up and troubleshooting of semiconductor test equipment and chambers.
- Calibration of power supply and verification of multimeter.
- Ensure proper wiring and meet 6S/EHS requirements.
- Ensure tardiness of test equipment and working environment.
- Resolve all technical issues during acceptance checks.
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve test issues and improve equipment consistency.
- Document and report test results promptly.
- Verify and release engineering work orders.
- Execute equipment evaluations, upgrades, and maintenance per engineering requests.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics or Mechatronic Engineering, Diploma holders with experience in the semiconductor field will be considered.
- Cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with global stakeholders in MNC setting.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and time management skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
