Position Summary

The Innovation & Partnerships Director will strengthen the company's STEM enrichment programs and business development efforts by creating innovative curricula, building partnerships with local and overseas institutions, and introducing intellectual property (IP) and invention education expertise to Singapore students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Development – Design and implement new STEM and invention-focused enrichment programs that differentiate the company from competitors.

  • Partnerships & Collaboration – Build connections with schools, foundations, and overseas innovation networks to expand student opportunities.

  • Innovation Expertise – Introduce methodologies in invention, creativity research, and IP education to enrich the company's offerings.

  • Training & Mentorship – Mentor staff in innovation-based pedagogy and guide students in projects that may lead to exhibitions or patents.

  • Business Growth Support – Support management in expanding the centre's brand and reach through strategic collaborations and innovative offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership in innovation, education and invention research.
  • Experience in building cross-border education partnerships.
  • Strong publication and IP training background.
