Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective fundraising strategies to drive organisational growth and sustainability.
  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
  • Plan, organise, and manage fundraising events and campaigns that engage the community and encourage active participation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fundraising activities and donor information to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen fundraising initiatives across various channels and platforms.
  • Analyse fundraising performance data and prepare regular reports to track results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Keep abreast of fundraising trends and best practices to continuously enhance strategies and approaches.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a diploma/degree in any related field.
  • Candidate with relevant experience in fundraising or related roles will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Involved in planning and executing impactful fundraising campaigns and events.
  • Genuine passion for supporting community initiatives.
