North Region, Singapore AP PROJECTS & INFRASTRUCTURE PTE. LTD. Full time $40,000 - $80,000 per year

Working Hour: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm.

Reporting to the Finance Manager

Maintaining & Preparing of:

  • Weekly Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable, including invoicing, payment processing, and follow-ups
  • Accounts Reconciliation / Bank Reconciliation
  • Monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance) on ERP System
  • Monthly Management Report
  • Filing of Bank Statements and all necessary supporting documents
  • Track weekly cashflow and project revenue reports
  • Manage petty cash and staff claims verification
  • Liaison with bank on trade payments / bank documents / necessary bank submissions
  • Liaison with auditors and banks for annual monitoring
  • Liaising with bank on facilities / trade payments / necessary bank documentation
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence
  • Verify monthly payroll for accuracy before submission
  • Any other Ad-Hoc Duties assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of full accounting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & ERP systems
  • Knowledge of GST, IR8A filing & statutory compliance
  • Strong in AR, AP, bank reconciliation & financial reporting
  • Detail-oriented, organized & able to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills; able to liaise with internal teams, auditors & banks
  • Independent, proactive & trustworthy
  • Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
