Sales & Marketing Executive | 6 Months Convertible

Contract Duration: 6 months, convertible to permanent

Salary: $3000 - $5000 (basic + commissions)

We are partnering with a newly established clubhouse to hire a Sales & Marketing Executive. This role will be instrumental in driving membership growth, promoting clubhouse facilities, and strengthening community engagement. You will play a key part in developing sales and marketing strategies that enhance the member experience while generating sustainable revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive membership acquisition, including new recruitment and reactivation of lapsed members
  • Review and design attractive membership packages to suit different member profiles
  • Develop and execute pre- and post-event marketing initiatives
  • Market clubhouse facilities and co-working spaces to prospective members and partners
  • Manage community engagement through newsletters, social media, and other communication channels
  • Develop and deliver signature events that increase member interaction and satisfaction
  • Secure sponsorships for events to boost brand visibility and revenue opportunities
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of proven sales track record, ideally in membership-based organisations
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills
  • Experience in alumni or corporate networks will be advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive marketing campaigns via social media
  • Data analytics proficiency to track and measure campaign effectiveness
