You'll troubleshoot complex systems, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to service requests with the innovative spirit that sets JLL apart in the industry.What your day-to-day will look like:• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems • Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and document findings in computerized maintenance management systems • Respond promptly to tenant service requests and emergency calls • Collaborate with engineering teams and external contractors to resolve complex technical issues • Monitor building automation systems and adjust controls to optimize energy efficiency • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety regulations • Support sustainability initiatives and implement energy-saving measuresRequired Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent with technical training in building maintenance or related field • 2+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management • Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and basic plumbing • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals • Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude • Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientationPreferred Qualifications:• Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or facilities management technology • Industry certifications (EPA Section 608, OSHA 10, electrical license) • Experience with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management • Knowledge of preventive maintenance software and work order systems • LEED or other sustainability certification • Bilingual capabilities to support diverse tenant populationsAt JLL, we support each other's wellbeing and champion inclusivity and belonging across teams as we collectively work toward shaping a brighter future in commercial real estate.Location: On-site –SingaporeIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
