You'll troubleshoot complex systems, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to service requests with the innovative spirit that sets JLL apart in the industry.## What your day-to-day will look like:• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems • Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and document findings in computerized maintenance management systems • Respond promptly to tenant service requests and emergency calls • Collaborate with engineering teams and external contractors to resolve complex technical issues • Monitor building automation systems and adjust controls to optimize energy efficiency • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety regulations • Support sustainability initiatives and implement energy-saving measures## Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent with technical training in building maintenance or related field • 2+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management • Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and basic plumbing • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals • Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude • Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation## Preferred Qualifications:• Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or facilities management technology • Industry certifications (EPA Section 608, OSHA 10, electrical license) • Experience with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management • Knowledge of preventive maintenance software and work order systems • LEED or other sustainability certification • Bilingual capabilities to support diverse tenant populations*At JLL, we support each other's wellbeing and champion inclusivity and belonging across teams as we collectively work toward shaping a brighter future in commercial real estate.***Location:**On-site –SingaporeIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
