Role Overview:

Provide essential administrative support to the IT Operations Team stationed at the client site, ensuring smooth coordination of service requests, asset tracking and day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Submit and track IT service requests via ITSM tools on behalf of support teams or clients ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  2. Monitor and update records of clean laptops available for deployment.
  3. Schedule and coordinate appointments for IT-related activities.
  4. Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets in the storeroom.
  5. Support additional administrative tasks as assigned to assist overall IT operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or IT support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms is an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of End User Computing Devices (EUCD) is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Well-organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively in a team environment.
