Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end cost accounting of regional Data Center projects, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/US GAAP);
  • Monitor and analyze project costs to ensure the integrity and accuracy of construction-in-progress capitalization and fixed assets;
  • Collaborate with departments such as cost control, project management, and procurement to track project expenditures and conduct budget variance analysis;
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of cost accounting system processes;
  • Provide accurate cost data and supporting documents for audits, tax reporting, and other financial functions;
  • Optimize cost accounting processes and cross-departmental collaboration workflows;
  • Participate in improving internal controls related to cost accounting to mitigate financial risks;
  • Communicate efficiently with both domestic and international teams, clearly conveying financial feedback and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. CPA, ACCA, or other professional certifications are preferred.
  • Work Experience: 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting. Experience in the Data Centre industry, real estate, or construction cost accounting is preferred. Prior experience in financial management of overseas projects is a plus.

  • Professional Skills: Solid foundation in financial knowledge, proficient in financial software (e.g., Netsuite), and advanced Excel data analysis skills.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, with excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills;

  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, team spirit, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and overseas project dynamics.
