Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 830am-530pm

Salary $3,000 - $3,200 per month (Starting pay)


About the Role:

As an HR Outsourcing Associate, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support of outsourced staff across various client industries. You'll be the main point of contact between our clients, candidates, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations from onboarding to offboarding.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Posting of advertisements, interviewing & sourcing for candidates
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for outsourced staff
  • Handle employment contracts, work pass applications, and documentation
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and claims submissions
  • Serve as the first line of HR support for outsourced employees
  • Liaise with clients to ensure staffing needs and service expectations are met
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
  • Assist recruiters in scheduling interviews and job placements when needed

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Possess grit, initiative and discipline in achieving KPIs
  • Entry level diploma or degree graduates with internship experience are welcome
