Job Summary:We are looking for passionate and customer-focused retail professionals to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee assigned product categories such as books, stationery, or specialty merchandise.
  • Ensure accurate pricing, proper display standards, and sufficient stock levels on the sales floor.
  • Track category performance, analyse sales data, and support initiatives to boost sales.
  • Assist the Retail Manager in daily store operations, staff coaching, and floor management.
  • Provide strong customer service, helping to resolve escalated enquiries.
  • Support cashiering, stock receiving, purchasing documentation, and stock-taking activities.
  • Guide and train Retail Assistants on product knowledge and store procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • GCE O-Level or Diploma in Business, Retail or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably with supervisory exposure.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with strong hands-on operational skills.
  • Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
