Credit Control Executive

Central Region, Singapore PERSOL Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and executing the timely and accurate collection of customers' accounts, including calling up customers for payment
  • Monitor work progress and collection processes, handle and investigate cases for efficient debt recovery
  • Handle enquiries from customers on billing issues and outstanding balances
  • Advise & update internal stakeholders & external customers on credit documentation, credit line status / extension and Group and credit policy.
  • Collaborate with Business Units on managing credit for customer accounts in event of sales forecast increase.
  • Follow up on delinquent accounts.
  • Monthly closing and Recording
  • Monitor and control cut-off documents for monthly closing.
  • Prepare monthly liquidity planning report, accounting reports and schedules.
  • Special projects from time to time.
  • Apply receipts and clear down payment for customer account.
  • Provide commentary on overdues and account status for business steering

Requirements:


• Bachelor / Diploma in Finance or equivalent


• Preferably 3-5 years of job experience in Credit & Collections


• Meticulous with good analytical skills


• Possess good written and oral communication skills


• Possess initiative & the ability to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment


• Proficient in MS Office applications
