What We're Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Diploma/A-Level equivalent & above
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills to build rapport and foster trust with clients
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Canva, and Google Workspace
  • Eligibility: Open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents

Role Details:

  • Commitment: Part-time (Minimum 3 days a week)
  • Location: Woods Square (On-site work required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently
  • Client Interaction: Conduct check-ins to understand client needs and maintain strong relationships
  • Administrative Coordination: Oversee client accounts, handle claims, update records, and process payments
  • Event Support: Assist with operational and administrative management for events
  • Task Management: Organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
