Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' HR processes to understand their operational needs and challenges.

  • Deliver well-structured, interactive training sessions for HRMS modules, including Payroll, Leave, Timesheet, Appraisal, Training, and Recruitment.

  • Equip end-users with the confidence and capability to operate the system effectively.

  • Drive project progress by guiding and motivating clients towards a timely and successful go-live.

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, fostering strong and professional relationships.

  • Support presales activities by preparing high-quality demonstration materials, and conducting product presentations.

Requirements:

  • Proactive, strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

  • A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and enabling others to succeed.

  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese to support Chinese-speaking clients.

  • Positive, resilient, and committed to taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
