Singapore Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank) Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

To execute all Premier-related operational matters for Premier segment and meet the relevant SLA turnaround time.

  • Check and ensure completeness of Premier on-boarding service request documentation, system tagging Non-AI and AI customers
  • Creation of client accounts for Non-AI and AI customers in Avaloq
  • Check and maintain Structured Notes and Equity Phone Sales Application's enrolment sheet
  • Support corporate actions instruction sent in my customers and ensure input in Avaloq within stipulated timeline
  • Execute loan financing cases for drawdowns, redemptions and monitoring in Avaloq
  • Execute payment order to Insurer (ie. Etiqa) for policy inception
  • Prepare Welcome/Change of RM/Top-up/Downgrading letters to Premier customers
  • Provide assistance at Premier events on-site
  • Maintain and track PW Client onboarding/change of RM/downgrading list
  • Provide assitance to systems enhancement UAT
  • Assist Premier Directors and Senior Premier RMs with TD Support to increase customer engagement
