HR & Admin Support:
- Maintain accurate attendance records of foreign workers
- Manage foreign workers required administration such renewals and applications
- Assisting in dormitory requirements and renewals
- Facilitate on and off-boarding processes
- Maintaining of company assets such as vehicles, equipment and inventory.
- Maintaining all company related insurances
Finance Support:
- Scanning and filing of accounts documents
- Data entry for AP & AR
- Preparation and issuance of purchase orders and tax invoices
Project Support:
- Assist the project team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining project records, contracts, and documentation.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and payment submissions in a timely manner.
- Update and monitor project schedules, reports, and progress trackers.
- Maintain proper filing and orderly documentation of all project-related matters for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth project operations.
Office & General Administration:
- Handle day to day office task, such as managing office supplies, ensure cleanliness etc
- Coordinate meetings, events and activities
* Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management or project team.
What we expect of you:
- Education: GCE 'O' Level/ Nitec/ Higher Nitec or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction account and administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Finance, HR and project management software systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
