Job Responsibilities :This internship offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Razer Gold Game Services team to enhance and optimize game operations for our partners in the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of game operations, live events, and publishing campaigns to grow our partners' presence in key emerging markets: Southeast Asia (SEA), Latin America (LATAM), and the Middle East & North Africa (MENA).

  • Assist in coordinating across internal teams—Art, Marketing, Community, and Product—to deliver best-in-class operational support across multiple live game projects.

  • Contribute to the planning and rollout of regional initiatives, promotions, and in-game events that drive player engagement and retention.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, player preferences, and localization opportunities specific to each region.

  • Help maintain effective communication and workflow alignment between cross-functional and regional teams.
     

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong passion for games and a keen interest in game publishing, operations, and player experience.

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and cultures.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to SEA, LATAM, or MENA is a strong advantage.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Asana) is preferred.
