Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare general ledger journals and handle the month-end closing process accurately and on schedule.
  • Oversee cash management activities, including reviewing cash flow forecasts and ensuring adequate liquidity for operational requirements.
  • Manage inter-company and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare audit schedules and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring outstanding items are cleared promptly.
  • Develop financial forecasts.
  • Supervise GST submissions and reconciliations.
  • Support both internal and external audit processes and compliance requirements.
  • Carry out any additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with Sage 300 (Accpac) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A team player with strong sense of responsibility and good work ethics.
