About the role
This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a BIM Modeler to join the team at DJ Engineering and Construction, a leading engineering and construction firm based in the Singapore . As a Skilled BIM Modeler, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Building Information Modelling (BIM) solutions to support the company's complex building services engineering projects.
What you'll be doing
- Create detailed 3D BIM models using the latest BIM software and technologies
- Collaborate closely with project teams to understand design requirements and translate them into accurate, high-quality BIM models
- Ensure BIM models comply with industry standards and client specifications
- Perform clash detection and coordinate model elements across disciplines
- Generate BIM-enabled deliverables such as drawings, schedules and visualizations
- Provide technical support and training to project team members on the use of BIM tools
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM trends, technologies and best practices
What we're looking for
- Degree or diploma in Building Services Engineering, Architecture, Construction or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a BIM Modeler or similar role, preferably in the building services engineering industry
- Proficient in using BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of building services systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication and presentation skills
